[1 Corinthians 14:16, 20, 23, 37-38 KJV] “Else when thou shalt bless with the spirit, how shall he that occupieth the room of the unlearned say Amen at thy giving of thanks, seeing he understandeth not what thou sayest?“
“Brethren, be not children in understanding: howbeit in malice be ye children, but in understanding be men. If therefore the whole church be come together into one place, and all speak with tongues, and there come in those that are unlearned, or unbelievers, will they not say that ye are mad?”
“If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord. But if any man be ignorant, let him be ignorant.“
In every church there are rooms people occupy and there is the need to advance into the best rooms in the church. These are spiritual rooms and levels that attendees occupy!
- The room of the unlearned and unbelievers: These are doubters and spiritual uneducated men that join the service. They do not have an introduction to the things of the Spirit and many of them find spiritual things strange
- The room of new born babies and children in understanding: These are those who have not grown or refuse to grow. They are babies and are usually carnal. They have not adjusted properly to spiritual things and keep failing to stand well in faith.
- The room of prophets and spiritual men: These are those who are conscious of God.
- The room of the intellectually dishonest or ignorant and the mixed multitudes: These are those who follow for ulterior motives. They have they own disorderly agenda to pursue.
It is my prayer that we shall desire, pray, run, and plan the way forward to become either a prophet or a spiritual man. You can become God-conscious and spiritual if you so desire. You can rise from being self-conscious to be conscious of GOD!
