You were designed to impact your generation. Your presence and actions must create a ripple effect in your sphere of life. You have what it takes to make people feel your presence.
I pray that the thunder and lightning of God shall crush any blockers and barriers out of the way. May your impact be felt around the world! May nations and cities open their doors to you! In the name of Jesus Christ!
Today, I want to share 4 ways you can make an impact on your generation with your life;
Understand that the Christian call is a call to stewardship
God gave you all the opportunities to service the generations of men for His glory. When you understand that you don’t own yourself but you are a reward of the manifold graces and blessings, you do far better. Many of us become proud and fail because we are unable to understand that we are just stewards and not masters.
Be at peace with yourself
A person with a hasty spirit cannot deliver value. You must learn to be at peace with yourself and with God to be able to deliver value for value. When you are anxious, you make mistakes. When you are not at peace with yourself you look for approval and acceptance from others and they tend to manipulate you with the praise they sing.
Offer consistent and diligent effort
I learnt of the principle of 100 hours, that if I committed 18 minutes a day for 6 months to practice any skill, I would be better than most people with the skill. In making impact consistency is more important than a bang.
Flooding water breaks a retaining wall through consistent effort and not a bang. May the Lord help you to offer diligent consistent effort.
Identify a problem your gift and grace can solve and solve it
That is impact! That is a contribution! People will be grateful when you offer solutions to their problems. Your impact will be felt around the world in the name of Jesus Christ!
