[Ecclesiastes 9:4,7-10,18 KJV] “For to him that is joined to all the living there is hope: for a living dog is better than a dead lion”.
[7] “Go thy way, eat thy bread with joy, and drink thy wine with a merry heart; for God now accepteth thy works. [8] Let thy garments be always white; and let thy head lack no ointment. [9] Live joyfully with the wife whom thou lovest all the days of the life of thy vanity, which he hath given thee under the sun, all the days of thy vanity: for that is thy portion in this life, and in thy labour which thou takest under the sun. [10] Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest”.
[18] “Wisdom is better than weapons of war: but one sinner destroyeth much good”.
I believe all of us desire to have great results and to maximise our lives. Many of us, unfortunately, don’t know how to go about it. I want to share with you 7 things you can do to improve your results;
- Start and end your day with prayer and faith
- Eat your meals with joy and gladness
- Groom and wear your clothing with integrity and style
- Live joyfully with your friends and family
- Do your work with all your might
- Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due when it is in your power to do so
- Don’t allow sinners to thrive around you.
These are the seven hints to greater results and maximum living.
We must learn to commit your day to the One who has the power to control times and seasons. Our seasons and moments are in His hands. He controls times and seasons by His sovereign will. Commit your ways into the hands of the Lord and He shall establish your going.
There is a saying that you are what you eat. Even your body shape depends largely on what you eat. The fork and knife have sent many people to an early grave. Let us be careful what we eat.
Did it occur to you that people see what you are wearing before they hear what you are saying? We must learn to appear as we want to be addressed. You must arise and press forward in clothes of integrity and honour.
The wise say your network determines your net worth. Who you marry can make or limit you. Let us be careful who we chose, but remember that once you have chosen, find creative ways to live joyfully with that person.
Let us learn to work hard to earn a living and a giving. Hard work will afford you the opportunity to do what is right and good. Working hard helps you to live an honest life. An idle man is almost always a thief. Let us work hard. Indeed, the race is not to the swift nor the battle to the strong. Just work hard!
Withhold not good from them to whom it is due. Indeed, it is more blessed to give than to receive. A liberal soul shall be made fat. Helping others is lending to the Lord. Your gift will make room for you. Give and it will come back to you!
Be careful who you allow around you, one sinner destroys much good. We understand how Israel fell before Ai because of Achan. As you go through life beware of sinners that you allow around you.
These 7 keys reveal the seven things that make life worth living. From today, I see you getting greater results than before. Stand up to life and smile.
I love you!
