Today, we exhort ourselves to understand that the church was not created to be neutral. We are called to be both the salt and light of the world. We are called to influence our world rather than to be influenced by the world.

We are called as game changers. We are men and women of faith called to influence our world. We are the salt of the earth to preserve the world! We are light of the world set on a hill to shine.

Our light will shine when we overcome the darkness within and without. We are ordained to shine and we shall shine.

You light will rise from obscurity. The Lord shall give us light. Where ever we go, the Lord shall go with us. Signs and wonders and miracles shall follow us. We are the light and our luminance shall penetrate every darkness.

What our Lord Jesus is sharing is the fact that everyone of us have enough good works; we should let those good works show before men that they may glorify the father.

Prayer

Dear Father, help me overcome every evil. Let my light shine in its brightness. Help me to show your glory. May I shine forth brighter and brighter. In the name of Jesus!

Thoughts

The three simple keys to becoming a game changer are;

1. Enlightenment: you must be ignited by divine light
2. Connection: you must be connected and planted on the candlestick – the church
3. Sacrifice: you must be willing to sacrifice
