None Of These Things Move You

In as much as we hope that tomorrow and the future must always look brighter and promising; life is not a linear graph. We must get used to the truth that tomorrow and the future does not always promise hope.

What is life throwing are you? Just smile and say “none of these move me!” Sometimes life can be rough but you can and must be tough.

In the work and missions of the apostle Paul, we read very clearly of how the Holy Spirit spoke through the prophets in the new testament church that bounds and chain were awaiting him in Jerusalem.

In that season of his life when the future looked very bleak and uncertain, he spoke out boldly and said “none of these things move me…” He was sold out for kingdom expansion”. He was determined to finish his course and ministry with joy.

He was not moved but rather determined for missions; to finish his course and ministry with joy. I pray that God will make you that kind of person. A person so determined to finish his course and ministry.

Beloved! Lift up your eyes, good or bad, rain or shine, thick or thin, hail or storm, come what may, secure your anchor by fastening it to the rock that cannot move. Tell your soul that none of these things move me. Receive strength, receive help, receive grace and press on!
