Work Out Your Own Salvation

Many have missed the full impact of salvation on their daily lives because they were waiting on someone else to perfect their salvation for them

Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling (Philippians 2:12–24 KJV)

Biblical and conventional wisdom however suggests that each one of us ought to work out his own salvation with fear and trembling. You are the person who can work out the perfection of saving, healing, restoring, and defending you.

Heaven is waiting on you to save you. The foundation to salvation is laid by Christ Jesus, but we must individually build on that foundation. The scriptures caution us to be careful how we build on that foundation.

We know that each man’s works shall be tried with fire not necessarily in the last day but even right in this life. We must determine to build with eternal materials. Whatever house we build shall be tried.

Bible says whether we build as wise men or as fools, the storms of life will beat upon the building, and only things built on the rock of the Word of God shall stand.

Today, I exhort you to work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. The stakes are high and the devil means business in his agenda to steal, kill, and destroy. We must be up and doing; and each of us must violently stand to possess the kingdom.

To do this, we must strive to be enlightened, to taste of the heavenly gift and the Holy Ghost, to taste of the powers of the world to come. We must be committed to work out our salvation with fear and trembling.

Today’s Prayer:

(Repeat Aloud) Now! Every power projected to destroy my gains is rebuked.

Every beast assigned to attack me is set ablaze by fire and by thunder.

Every token set up to attack me is consumed now!
