[John 10:7-13 KJV] “Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. [8] All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. [9] I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. [10] The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. [11] I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. [12] But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep. [13] The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep”.
Many of us don’t make much out of life even though we are supposed to have abundant life, because we are too laid back. Life is not easy, there is a thief we deal with on a daily basis as we go in and out. He seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, we cannot continue to be at ease.
There are five Greek words that carry thoughts that must guide our attitudes towards life and the Christian walk: Anaideia, anagkazo, and biazo. Anaideia means shameless persistence . Anagkazo means to necessitate, compel, or to constrain. Biazo means to use force. Harpazo means to snatch or catch unawares. Anthistemi means to resist or to withstand.
Life will deliver results when we learn to be shamelessly persistent, compelling, forceful, swift, and resolved. You must step out with the attitude to win at all cost.
The Bible tells us in 1 Corinthians 16:13 to “Watch, stand fast in the faith, quit ourselves like men, and be strong”. You will not get much results in prayer, church growth, kingdom living, and freedom from devils if you don’t arise with force to fight. It will always take faith and force – faith and violence – to win.
Luke 16:16 teaches that you cannot even enter the kingdom unless you press into it. Use violence and press into the kingdom. The kingdom is being preached and every man presses into it. You must press also. You cannot enter the kingdom taking a leisure walk.
Luke 11:5-8 we see how a man gets answered in prayer by showing unembarrassed boldness in the dignity of the faith to ask for bread. Even in prayer, it takes both faith and force to receive the answers we seek. A man may not get answers because he is a friend, but he will because of his opportunity.
In Luke 14:22, we see how the house of God will never be full unless we step out to compel others in our soul winning attempt. It will take faith and force to fill the house of God. There are many we can never tak to heaven except we have compassion on them and snatch them from fire. You can but you must force it. You can make it, but you must push.
James 4:7 and 1 Peter 5:9 teaches us to resist the adversary steadfastly in the faith, and he shall flee from you. You will never be free from demonic harassment if you are not ready to resist steadfastly.
This is the time to arise and push. The church must grow, you must overcome devils, receive answers to prayers, and fully enter the kingdom. Be blessed.
I love you!
