[Psalm 121:1-8 KJV] “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. [2] My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. [3] He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. [4] Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep”.
[5] “The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand. [6] The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. [7] The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. [8] The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore”.
I want to exhort you this morning to lift up your eyes to the hills. That is where your help will come from. In times like this nothing is secured as help that comes from the hills of God. Our help comes from the Lord. I am not waiting for help from the east or west or south; my eyes are upon the Lord; looking to the hills.
The Lord will not suffer your foot to be moved. He will keep you, and you can count on Him because He neither sleeps nor slumber. He that keeps you will not fail you. He is not a man that He should lie, nor the son of man that He should repent. The Lord is your keeper. He will not allow the sun to smite you by day nor the moon by night.
Listen, the Lord will protect you from evil and keep your soul from that which hurts and destroys. I believe you will not be ashamed if you lift up your eyes to the hill. The Lord will be your keeper and keep you from harm. We will be socially responsible but we will lift our eyes to the hills. The Lord will keep you, He will never disappoint you.
We can count on Him. He neither sleeps nor slumbers. He is our keeper, He will keep us safe. May you never lose hope in God. The Lord will keep each of us. As you are seeking help from this hill; He will keep you safe. Your help is near and you shall not fear. May the Lord be your help and shield and defender! The world will share your testimony because they shall see what God has done for you and they shall fear. The Lord is your shield from the stormy blast. Look upwards for help. Don’t panic! Don’t fear! Don’t allow false and fake media to destroy your faith and hope. Keep trusting, believing, and above all, keep loving.
