[Psalm 119:62 KJV] “At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee Because of thy righteous judgments”
I want to encourage you to join the psalmist in rising to give thanks to God at midnight.
There is a vast world of mysteries that the midnight hour reveals. The biggest grace you need for the midnight hour is the grace to stay up in the situation. Midnight is a complex situation.
Though it is the beginning of the breaking of dawn, it is at the same time, the darkest hour of the night. Remember, midnight is the moment between 11:59: 59 and 12:01:01. Midnight is the zero hour. It takes a mixture of faith, hope, yieldedness, submission, and grace to stay up with praise at midnight.
At midnight, you feel the mixture of the weeping which is enduring for the night, and the joy that comes in the morning. The midnight hour is a mixture of gloom and glory. Midnight is the hour when the ray of hope flickers in the sky.
Midnight is the hour when most parts of the world are sleeping. It is believed that a majority of the world’s population sleeps between 11 pm and 5 am; that is why 3 am is such a critical hour.
Remember that the bridegroom, the son of God shall come at the Midnight Hour. Not necessarily at 12 midnight but He will come in the situational midnight. He will come at that time when the weeping of the night and the joy of the morning is in equilibrium.
Can we join the saints that keep watch at the Midnight hour? The people of the midnight are people of power and advantage. You can and must join us!
Be blessed
