I want to speak about three things that must fill your day in this august: singing, scriptures, and prayers. I know you always have a busy schedule but you must make time to spend in the Holy Ghost.
Before you step out every day, make time to sing hymns and spiritual songs, read and meditate on some scriptures and don’t forget to pray.
[Ephesians 5:18-21 KJV] “And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit; speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;”
“giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ; submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God”
[1 Timothy 4:11-16 KJV] “These things command and teach. Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.”
“Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.”
“Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all. Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee”
Stay blessed
