[Ecclesiastes 9:4, 7-10 KJV] “For to him that is joined to all the living there is hope: for a living dog is better than a dead lion. Go thy way, eat thy bread with joy, and drink thy wine with a merry heart; for God now accepteth thy works. Let thy garments be always white; and let thy head lack no ointment.”
“Live joyfully with the wife whom thou lovest all the days of the life of thy vanity, which he hath given thee under the sun, all the days of thy vanity: for that is thy portion in this life, and in thy labour which thou takest under the sun. Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.“
You must set your house in order; set your priorities right if you want to last while making a difference. Remember takers don’t have a limit. They take and take and take and don’t care about you. You must therefore have the right priorities and order:
- Pray and hope for life. There is hope for a living dog than a dead lion. Strive and hope to last longer.
- Take care of you first. You must always take care of yourself. Strive to take care of you. People don’t care about you like you think; take care of you!
- The third on the list is your home; pray for life, take care of you, then of your home. Home is home; home sweet home!
- Then finally take care of your work and samaritan duties with passion.
This must be the order of priorities. Life, you, your home, before your work and Samaritan duties.
Have a nice day!
