My message for you today is on how to pray for the manifestation of destiny, so left dive right in.
[Proverbs 13:4, 11-13 KJV] “The soul of the sluggard desireth, and hath nothing: But the soul of the diligent shall be made fat. Wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished: But he that gathereth by labour shall increase.”
“Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: But when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life. Whoso despiseth the word shall be destroyed: But he that feareth the commandment shall be rewarded.“
There are four simple thoughts in this text
- The soul of the sluggard desires and has nothing: but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat. Diligence pays! No man achieve more than he is willing to invest. Diligent labour pays.
- Wealth gotten by vanity shall diminish; but he that gathers by labour shall increase. There are many ways of making it in life but just remember that wealth gotten by vanity shall diminish.
- Hope defered makes the heart sick; but when a desire comes, it is a tree of life.
- If you despise this word, you will be destroyed; but those who respect this word shall be rewarded!
In a nutshell, the preacher is calling on us to build our desires, dreams and destiny by diligent labour that is guided by the word of God. Arise and
Pray that God will show you the end from the beginning; that He shall reveal what you must pursue and focus on.
Pray that God will deliver to your spirit the mandate, mission, vision, message etc.
I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.
For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith. (Habakkuk 2:1-4 KJV)
“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, Neither have entered into the heart of man, The things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.”
“Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.” (1 Corinthians 2:9-15 KJV)
Pray that God will show you the way, the plan, the pattern, and mode
“But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work. Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God.”
“Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise. For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth: and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel.” (John 5:17-20 KJV)
“He made known his ways unto Moses, His acts unto the children of Israel.” (Psalm 103:7 KJV)
“Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his Lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.” (John 15:15 KJV)
Samuel asked for a plan.
“And the LORD said unto Samuel, How long wilt thou mourn for Saul, seeing I have rejected him from reigning over Israel? fill thine horn with oil, and go, I will send thee to Jesse the Beth-lehemite: for I have provided me a king among his sons. And Samuel said, How can I go? if Saul hear it, he will kill me.”
“And the LORD said, Take an heifer with thee, and say, I am come to sacrifice to the LORD. And call Jesse to the sacrifice, and I will shew thee what thou shalt do: and thou shalt anoint unto me him whom I name unto thee. And Samuel did that which the LORD spake, and came to Beth-lehem. And the elders of the town trembled at his coming, and said, Comest thou peaceably? (1 Samuel 16:1-4 KJV)
If you lack wisdom, ask? If you lack the know how, ask for wisdom.
“If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.” (James 1:5 KJV)
Pray that God will anoint and set you on the right platform; remember, an extraordinary gift in an ordinary environment will not shine!
May the Lord put you on the right platform! King Saul shined into the limelight when he prophesied along the prophets. David stood on the platform of killing Goliath to stand out of the crowd. The opportunity to play Saul’s harp was another platform
Pray that God will anoint and empower you for both your appointment (office to operate from) and assignment (specific task)!

Pray that God will send the right human resources to you.
Pray that God will send the right resources and financial partners
“After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come. Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.” (Luke 10:1-2 KJV)
In the days of Moses the people gave willingly. When Israel was coming out of Egypt, God asked them to go with the silver and gold of Egypt; though he knew it could potentially trap them. May you escape the decietfulness of riches! Riches! Eiiiiii!
Amen!
