One of the clear instructions of the scriptures is the need for the saints to pray everywhere and for every one. We are call called to be intercessor before soul winners.
[1 Timothy 2:1-2, 4 KJV] “I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; for kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.“
The first step towards being able to live your life in peace is to pray;
- Pray for all men
- Pray for kings and
- Pray for people in authority
When we gather and pray for all men, for kings, and for people in authority; we are in effect helping ourselves and not them. This is the secret to live your life in peace and quietly. We are instructed to pray for the land and seek her peace; because in her peace we find peace. This is the time to intercede for the work of missions and to pray for the salvation and peace of the Lord.
“And seek the peace of the city whither I have caused you to be carried away captives, and pray unto the LORD for it: for in the peace thereof shall ye have peace.” (Jeremiah 29:7 KJV)
- Thank God for His faithfulness to us in the mission field! Bless the Lord and be grateful for all that He has done for us!
- Pray for all men and for the leaders of this nation. Pray that the peace of God will reign in this land! Pray against blood thirsty spirits that are trying to invade this land! Pray and crush them now!
- Pray that God will open our eyes to find the next steps forward!
- Pray and break the 50 barrier, 100 barrier, 200 barrier, 300 barrier, 400 barrier, 500 barrier, and 700 barrier!
- Pray for safety for missionaries in this wolf-infested field! Pray that God will keep us from danger in the mission field!
- Pray against every negative cycle and trend in the ministry and church! Pray against death, desertation, sudden losses!
- Pray that signs, wonders, miracles, and mighty works shall follow our preaching. May the Lord stretch forth His hands and heal the sick, liberate the oppressed, and restore the broken!
- Pray that God will show up and show Himself strong on your behalf. May He defend and bless you in the name of Jesus! Pray!
