We want to believe God and pray that things will turnaround for our good. We are believing God for His mighty hand to turn things and situations around to favour us.
Why?
You know why? Because we are not supposed to suffer for long.
1. It is His promise and our covenant heritage is that we must be free from every suffering after a while
“But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.” (1 Peter 5:10 KJV)
No problem in a child of God’s life must linger for too long. Any time the problem lingers for too long, there is a demonic force or operation behind it. This is the time and the moment to enforce His word to us. He will save and redeem us from all whims and caprices of the wicked!
2. Because when the rod of the wicked rest on the lot of the righteous, he may put forth his hand and touch evil.
“For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; Lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity”. (Psalm 125:3 KJV)
3. It is evil, an error, and folly set in dignity when servants ride horses while princes walk as servants
“There is an evil which I have seen under the sun, as an error which proceedeth from the ruler: folly is set in great dignity, and the rich sit in low place. I have seen servants upon horses, and princes walking as servants upon the earth”. (Ecclesiastes 10:5-7 KJV)
What should the Lord turn around?
1. What the enemy has projected against any of us
2. Every pit dug for your feet
“He that diggeth a pit shall fall into it; and whoso breaketh an hedge, a serpent shall bite him. Whoso removeth stones shall be hurt therewith; and he that cleaveth wood shall be endangered thereby.” (Ecclesiastes 10:8-9 KJV)
