It’s time to ravin as a wolf

[Genesis 49:27 KJV] “Benjamin shall ravin as a wolf: In the morning he shall devour the prey, And at night he shall divide the spoil.“

The phrase “ravin as a wolf” means to be extremely voracious. It comes from the Old English word “rafan,” which means “to tear.” In the Bible, the phrase is used in Genesis 49:27 to describe the tribe of Benjamin.

Jacob, the patriarch of the Israelites, prophesied that Benjamin would be a “ravenous wolf” who would “devour the prey” and “divide the spoil.” This prophecy has been interpreted in a number of ways, but it generally suggests that the tribe of Benjamin would be fierce and combat-ready.

The patriarch of the Israelites prophesied that Benjamin shall be a ravenous wolf. If you really want to go far, then be inspired to:

  1. Be ready to walk alone:
The lone wolf, a symbol of strength, independence, and courage, is not afraid to walk its own path, even if it means being alone. It reminds us that we can achieve anything we set our minds to, even if we have to do it on our own. The solitary nature of the wolf symbolizes independence and self-reliance.
  2. Be a survivor:
The wolf is a survivor, facing many challenges in life and always emerging stronger. It serves as a reminder that we can overcome any obstacle, no matter how daunting it may seem. With its sharp teeth and claws, the wolf symbolizes strength and the ability to conquer challenges.
  3. Be a leader:
The wolf is not afraid to stand up for what it believes in, even if it means going against the pack. Similarly, we shouldn’t fear standing up for what is right, even if it means being unpopular. The wild nature of the wolf represents freedom and adventure.
  4. Be die-hard:
Tell yourself that there is always light at the end of the tunnel, even when things seem darkest. Never give up on your dreams, no matter how difficult they may seem.
  5. Embrace your ability to see in the dark moments of life:
The nocturnal nature of the wolf highlights its ability to see in the dark or perceive beyond the obvious. Similarly, we should try to find strength and insight during difficult times.

If you are feeling lost or alone, remember the lone wolf. It serves as a reminder that you are not alone and that you have the strength to overcome any obstacle. You are a survivor, a leader, and a symbol of hope. Let the lone wolf inspire you to recognize your strength, independence, and capability to achieve anything you set your mind to.

Stay blessed.
