The world is a broken place. There is pain, suffering, and wickedness everywhere we look. It can be easy to become discouraged and hopeless in the face of such evil. But there is one solution that can truly bring an end to the pain and wickedness in the world: the preaching of the cross of Christ.
The cross of Christ is the ultimate symbol of God’s love and mercy. It is the place where Jesus Christ, the Son of God, took on the sins of the world and died in our place. His death paid the penalty for our sin, and his resurrection conquered death and gave us the hope of eternal life.

This week, I challenge you to share the good news of the cross with someone you know who is hurting or struggling. Let them know that there is hope for their pain and that there is a way to be forgiven of their sins. Let them know that the cross of Christ is the only solution to the pain and wickedness in the world.
