Let us go fishing

Matthew 4:19 KJV — And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.

The truth remains that ministry does not start with complimentary cards, building, PA system, car, or even musical instruments; ministry starts with

1. Fire and faith in your heart
2. The word in your mouth, and
3. Anoining on your head

If we are really serious about life and ministry, then let us start.

1. Strive to know your assignment and keep your assignment consistent. Our assignment is to win souls and prepare them for ministry and heaven.
2. Submit to the authority over you; God is the Lord of the harvest. We follow Jesus and we must continue to follow Him if we want to transform into fishers of men!
3. Sit down and count the cost to see whether you have enough to finish it.
4. Beware of offenses: blessed is the man that is not offended in Him; some people get offended when reality doesn’t match our expectations. No matter what happens remember;
   • Jesus is with you
   • God is your foundation
   • You have faith to handle it
5. Keep your plans and strategy flexible

May the Lord help us as we step into the harvest to make things happen.
