1 John 2:27 KJV — But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.
Many of us are binding demons and praying right for more of the Holy Spirit; when in actual fact, our problem is neither demons nor less of the Holy Spirit! The Bible teaches that the same anointing you have received, abides in you. We don’t need more of the Holy Spirit. He is a person and lives in us; what we need is to yield more to the Holy Spirit! All we need to do is to submit and give the divine spirit of God more room to operate.
Many of us are not experiencing the full dimensions of the Spirit because we are not submitted to Him. I want to say in Ernest Angeley’s voice, “it’s time to untie God’s hands”. We must learn to release the Holy Spirit by faith, through prayer, and submission. We have the same Holy Spirit that our Lord Jesus Christ had, the apostle had, and the generals of faith had and have. The only challenge is, whereas the Lord was fully yielded to the Holy Spirit, we barely even acknowledge His presence in our lives.
This is the time and the day to listen and obey the voice of the Holy Spirit! This is the time to pray that He will have His way in us as we wait on Him. This is the time to allow the Holy Spirit to work His work in us. This is the day and the time. This is the time to be yielded fully to the Lord in obedience and to listen for His voice.
May the HOLY SPIRIT have more of us! May He be released to help us more and more! May the Lord take over our will and our way! Receive more grace and help, as you yield to Him more and more! I pray for greater grace upon your life! May the Holy Spirit have His way in us!
