As we begin this week I want to exhort you on three things that matter. I want to exhort you on three things that will guarantee that you do well in your walk of faith.
You must give attendance to Reading, Exhortation, and Doctrine. These are three key things that improves us beyond our imagination.
Reading
A reading generation is always an enlightened generation. A generation that does not read will remain ignorant and unproductive. A reading generation always thrives and advances in all things.
Exhortation
A motivated generation run with horses and horsemen. The passion of every generation is important. We must strive to keep the spirits of the people around us high. Exhortation is inspired speaking. Exhortation lifts our spirits. Exhortation urges the masses to keep running.
Doctrine
A taught generation is a stable and prospering one. Until we align our thought patterns to the thoughts of the Lord we cannot run with the Lord. Doctrine is the moisture that keeps our earth soft. His doctrine distills as dew. “My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass:” (Deuteronomy 32:2). Doctrine makes us fruitful.
These are the three simple keys: our reading attitude, how motivated we are, and how taught we are. I pray that you never give up on reading. May the Lord help us to read and learn for greater exploits.
Stay blessed, I love you.
