[Daniel 9:1-4 KJV] “In the first year of Darius the son of Ahasuerus, of the seed of the Medes, which was made king over the realm of the Chaldeans; [2] In the first year of his reign I Daniel understood by books the number of the years, whereof the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah the prophet, that he would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem. [3] And I set my face unto the Lord God, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes: [4] And I prayed unto the Lord my God, and made my confession, and said, O Lord, the great and dreadful God, keeping the covenant and mercy to them that love him, and to them that keep his commandments;” (Reference: Habakkuk 1:1-3; 2:1-5)
The following prayers will help you to activate the visions of the Lord upon your life;
1. Awaken each of us from spiritual slumber:
Let each of us awaken to the reality of the things happening around us. Any delusions that are blinding us to the reality of the events and things happening around us must give way. Samson lost the anointing and the presence of God and he did not even know what was happening. Peter was awakened and led out of a prison and he still did not know what was going on around him. We want to pray that the Lord shall awaken the church to understand what is really happening. Let every blindness be cleared now.
2. Lead us to the rock that is higher than us:
The Psalmist said, “lead me to the rock that is higher than I when my soul is overwhelmed.” [Psalm 61:2 KJV] “From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I”. May we rise to the name of the Lord which is a strong tower. May we bask in His presence and wait till He is through with us.
3. Help us to be sensitive to Your Spirit and Your voice:
We want to pray that the Lord shall help us to see what He’s showing us. We don’t want to be like those who can’t see what the Lord is showing. The prophet said, “that I may see what I will answer when I am questioned”. You must see what God is showing you so that you can prepare yourself to receive.
4. Help me to write the vision on tables in a language that men can read and run:
Pray this prayer: Any evil introduction written on my life that attracts bad omen is rebuked, that writing to be blotted out now. May the blood of Jesus begin to speak concerning my life, my family, my church, and my business. From today when men and women see me they will see the right things. I will bear the mark of God for favour and not for death. Every evil mark placed on me that attract curses is broken. Every evil mask is removed. I recieve a new mark now, amen!.
Sometimes, there is an evil mark, spell, hex or word that has been placed on you, just like the evil mark that was placed on Cain, after he murdered his brother, Abel. I pray that from today, God will write a new thing on you; it shall be written on you for favour, health, blessing, long life, grace, life, and joy. No evil shall come near you, amen! Just remember that you must write the vision with your thoughts and words. [Psalm 45:1-3 KJV] “My heart is inditing a good matter: I speak of the things which I have made touching the king: my tongue is the pen of a ready writer. [2] Thou art fairer than the children of men: grace is poured into thy lips: therefore God hath blessed thee for ever. [3] Gird thy sword upon thy thigh, O most mighty, with thy glory and thy majesty”.
5. Help us to live by faith:
The Bible teaches that “the just shall live by faith” (Galatians 3:11). I pray that the Lord shall equip and empower us to live by faith and not by sight. I pray that we shall not be rude and proud but we shall humble ourselves in the activation of vision. May the Lord smear you with “do as I say grace”. Those who see you shall run with haste to help. Jokers shall never be around you anymore. Those who see you shall run with the vision that God has written on you. You will not struggle to find helpers anymore. May you rise and rise and rise! You will win the battle. You shall fulfil the Lord’s purpose. You will win and not fail, amen!
