“And, behold, there came a man of God out of Judah by the word of the Lord unto Beth–el: and Jeroboam stood by the altar to burn incense. And he cried against the altar in the word of the Lord , and said, O altar, altar, thus saith the Lord ; (2)Behold, a child shall be born unto the house of David, Josiah by name; and upon thee shall he offer the priests of the high places that burn incense upon thee, and men’s bones shall be burnt upon thee. And he gave a sign the same day, saying, This is the sign which the Lord hath spoken; (3)Behold, the altar shall be rent, and the ashes that are upon it shall be poured out. And it came to pass, when king Jeroboam heard the saying of the man of God, which had cried against the altar in Beth–el, that he put forth his hand from the altar, saying, Lay hold on him. (4)And his hand, which he put forth against him, dried up, so that he could not pull it in again to him. There comes a time when evil men erect altars against your destiny and the true worship of God. I believe however that in this last days God is raising you as an end-time prophet of your own life and community to speak against and raze down every evil altar affecting your life and community. I believe that this word is a wake up call to everyone of us to prophesy against all evil altars.
You will step out “by the word of the Lord:”
Every one of us will step out as we are directed by the Lord. May the Holy Spirit minister and speak to us. May He lead us to discover every evil altar by which evil men and women minister.
We will cry against every evil altar “in the word of the Lord” regardless of who we find ministering at that altar:
We will boldly speak and prophesy “in the word of the Lord” against every evil altar. May the Lord judge and discomfit any authority figure who tries to attack you because you prophesied against evil altars.
May the Lord confirm your word with a sign:
The Lord shall confirm your word with a sign. As we step out to proclaim the word as the Lord would have us, may we see signs and wonders! May the Lord go with us. May evil altars rent and break in pieces! May the Lord terrify those who try to raise up the alters again!
We will not compromise:
Any old prophet trying to deceive and trap us will not succeed. God will take us far. Do not compromise.
May the Lord raze down every evil altar raised against your destiny and worship! Any attack of any evil person against your life because you are speaking against evil altars shall not prosper! You will escape the traps of any old prophet scheming against you!
