Job 14:14 KJV – If a man die, shall he live again? All the days of my appointed time will I wait, Till my change come.
No matter the circumstances of your life and the situation, you are in; if you are believing God for supernatural intervention, then there are four things you should not stop doing. Job was believing God for deliverance and he did not stop doing these four things:
1. Never be afraid to trust God and stay on His word:
There are times when people try to talk you out of trusting God. They make you feel like, God may not show up to heal or deliver you. I believe that we can take a cue from the story of Jarius; all he needed to do was to believe and not fear. There are times when you grow from bad to worse though you are believing in God. Only believe and fear not; all things are possible to him that believes.
2. Never become so anxious that you can’t pray; pray without ceasing:
Be anxious for nothing nor for something. There are times when your anxiety does not make any sense; but at other times, your anxiety and fears have a real basis. The Bible exhorts that, whether your anxiety has a basis or not, don’t allow it to steal your strength in prayer. May you be able to pray through all the changing scenes of life. Pray without ceasing.
3. Never be afraid to speak with you believe; even when the evidence is contrary:
The Bible says when we have the same spirit of faith, we will speak the word. May the Lord help you to speak what the word says and not what happens around you. Let the weak say “I am strong!” Let the poor say “I am rich”. Let the sick day “I am healed”. God wants you to speak His word and not your situation. The devil knows that your words are forerunners into your future; he wants to frustrate you until you speak negatively.
4. Awake and act; many things don’t just happen:
If there is anything you are inspired to do; arise and act. When the sinner awakes, God gives him light. Let us awake and act. When the woman with the issues of blood felt inspired to touch the hem of His garment, she acted.
