Matthew 25:30 (KJV) “And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”
God created each of us with gifts, time, and opportunities to serve His purpose and advance His Kingdom.
The unprofitable servant was not condemned because he lacked talent, but because he refused to use what he had. In God’s economy, fruitfulness is faithfulness in action—doing something with what He has entrusted to you.
To bury your gift in fear, laziness, or indifference is to reject divine partnership. Today, choose to be a profitable servant—use your gifts, seize your opportunities, and multiply grace wherever you are. The joy of the Lord awaits those who serve diligently and faithfully.
Prayer:
Father, thank You for the gifts and opportunities You have given me. Deliver me from fear and laziness, and help me to be a profitable servant in Your Kingdom. Teach me to work with what I have, and may my life bring increase and glory to Your name. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
