1 Corinthians 15:58 KJV — “Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.“
The will of God for us is for us to abound in the work of the Lord. It is important to understand that the work of the Lord is full of challenges and if you are not very determined, you are likely to give up but I exhort you to continue doing what you have been told to do.
The work of the Lord is for you to;
- Use your platforms and links to publicise and promote kingdom agenda, messages and events of the church
- Partner with your pastor to preach. Support the preaching financially; knowing that it takes a lot of money to preach the gospel.
- Pray for other missionary Christians, pray for the harvest, pray that God will send workers, pray that God will deliver us from wicked and unreasonable men, pray that the word would have its free course among hearers.
- Prepare places where people can sit and worship
- Preach the gospel, teach others about Christ.
May the Lord give you grace to do these simple things to guarantee victory and success.
