[2 Samuel 11:15 KJV] “And he wrote in the letter, saying, Set ye Uriah in the forefront of the hottest battle, and retire ye from him, that he may be smitten, and die.“
Life flows in seasons and men come in sizes. No man is self-sufficient. We all need one another. We need different people to play different roles in our lives. We need association and companionships to excel and advance in life. We are interdependent and we must respect the role that different people play in our lives.
The text above reveals the strategies that the enemy uses in destroying people. When the adversary, the devil, wants to destroy you, he tries to isolate you. He begins a scheme to drive away people who can help or speak into your life. Most often than not he will create a problem between you and them; just to isolate you.
When King David wanted to kill Uriah; he instructed that he be put in the forefront and at the hottest point of the battle. He further instructed that all men should withdraw from him. No man should stand by him. Most often than not the grand scheme of the adversary is to isolate and kill you.
Don’t allow the devil to create bitter blood between you and people who can speak into your life. You must learn to sustain important relationships and connections. Don’t seek aloneness when you should be under tutors. This is the time and the season; let nothing kill you prematurely.
I love you
