Romans 10:13 KJV — For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
My Seed for Today is the admonishing to call upon the Lord. The Bible teaches us that whosoever shall call upon the Lord shall be saved. Three things stand out in this text;
- It doesn’t matter who you are, at the time of calling upon the Lord
- What you may be going through at the time of calling, doesn’t matter either.
- The Lord is able and faithful to save whosoever shall call.
We wish to exhort ourselves to call upon the Lord, our Lord Jesus Christ! This is the time and the moment to call up the Lord, our Savior who is able to save. Do not let the devil lie to you, that God may not hear your cry for help. He helps whosoever calls upon Him. This is the time and season and we must be willing to call upon the Lord.
Let us call upon the Lord when all is well and call upon Him when all men give up on you. There are times when things seem to fall apart and the centre cannot hold. There are times when even your choicest friends seem to give up on you. This is the time to turn to the Lord. Salvation which is by faith is accessed through calling upon the name of the Lord by faith. Master the courage and call upon God! Let us pray and arise to call upon His saving name.
Jesus Christ is the Lord we know. He is the word that has been preached to us, there is power in His name! There is power! May the grace and mercy in His name be available to us and may we walk in the newness of grace! Your salvation and breakthrough is just a call away. Let us pray when there are challenges and pray when there are no challenges! Jesus saves and He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Pray that the mighty hand of the Lord shall defend and save us from the power of death and evil. Pray that God will come down and help us with grace and mercy!
