Can the anointing be transferred? The answer is a simple yes, the anointing can be transferred.
[Numbers 11:16-17 KJV] “And the Lord said unto Moses, Gather unto me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom thou knowest to be the elders of the people, and officers over them; and bring them unto the tabernacle of the congregation, that they may stand there with thee. [17] And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which is upon thee, and will put it upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou bear it not thyself alone.”
So from today, you can note it as a statement of fact that the anointing can be transferred.
To transfer is to move something from one place to another. As any other tangible thing, the anointing can be transferred.
We see in the text above how the anointing may be transferred. The Lord took of the anointing on Moses and duplicated it in portions on seventy-two elders.
It is, therefore, important to note that the transference of the anointing is a supernatural act effected by God. Only God to take of the anointing upon a man and give to others.
Remember also that it is only the ‘Upon Spirit‘ that can be transferred and not the ‘Indwelling Spirit‘. For instance, you can receive the healing anointing on my life, but not my character. You build your own strength, but the grace can be inherited.
However synonymous with the act of transferring is imparting the anointing. You can trust God to impart the anointing.
You will not miss your anointing. May the Lord anoint you for service and for increase. May you be empowered to stand in ministry to help advance the cause of Christ. I pray that as you desire the anointing the Lord shall anoint you with the Holy Spirit.
I love you!
