[Habakkuk 3:1-2 NLT] “This prayer was sung by the prophet Habakkuk: I have heard all about you, Lord. I am filled with awe by your amazing works. In this time of our deep need, help us again as you did in years gone by. And in your anger, remember your mercy.“
We want to spend this day praying and trusting God for a fresh revival. We acknowledge that we are in a time of great need and we need help again. We know what we deserve; it’s His judgment but we want to pray for mercy. May the Lord not reward us according to our thoughts and deeds! May Jehovah temper justice with mercy!
We will pray and ask God to have mercy on us! We need great grace!
- Lift your voice and begin to bless the name of the Lord. Thank the Lord for the gift of life and grace to live.
- Pray that the Lord would revive His works in the midst of the years. Pray that the Lord will help us in this day of great need! May the Lord revive the things that remain and are ready to die.
- Pray that the Lord shall command the fulfillment of His word and testimonies in our lives! Pray that we shall see the fulfillment of the testimonies of the Lord as our fathers who walked with Him saw!
- Plead that the Lord shall temper justice with mercy! Admit that we are wrong and deserve the chastising of the Lord; but may the Lord have mercy on us! Pray for mercy and grace!
- Decree now! Divine vengeance over any satanic and demonic power that is taking advantage of our sins and iniquities to afflict us. Pray for the release of every one from the oppression of darkness by fire and by thunder!
Church! Let us arise and sing this prayer. Let us pray for grace and for a revival in the midst of the years. Pray for grace and pray with expectation!
Amen
