[Ephesians 6:12 KJV] “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.‘
We will be spending the next 24 hours dealing with the wickedness and darkness of this world. The wickedness comprises all the schemes of witchcraft, household wickedness, and horns of destruction; whereas the darkness comprises of all the hidden works, the unfruitful works, and works of darkness being perpetuated in high places.
We know that we live in time and space infested with extreme wickedness and darkness (See Acts 13:26). We must also understand that in time and space, there is extreme wickedness and darkness that seeks to harm us. We are not up against flesh and blood but against wickedness and darkness. There is a real danger which we all face daily. We must not allow these things to hurt anyone of us!
Pray for grace to avoid having fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them!
“And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret. But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.” (Ephesians 5:11-13 KJV)
Ask God to both reveal and expose the hidden things of darkness in your life and family.
“Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.” (1 Corinthians 4:5 KJV)
Ask God to empower you to cast off the works of darkness
“The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light”. (Romans 13:12 KJV)
Ask God to protect you and your household from the wickedness and darkness of this world.
The bible teaches that the whole world lies in wickedness. “And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.” (1 John 5:19 KJV)
There is real darkness and wickedness in the world; from catoons to video games. There is a carefully designed scheme to keep you in the dark and totally oblivious to the real evil scheme that surrounds us. There is a whole world of evil and wicked community that surrounds and try to control the outcomes of our lives. This is the time to arise to confront this evil community.
Ask God to confirm our preaching with signs and wonders to silence the extreme witchcraft and bewitching going on in our cities and families and churches.
“O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?” (Galatians 3:1 KJV)
There was a time when a whole church of Galatian behaved as though they have been bewitched. They made so many silly choices that marvelled even their apostle. He was surprised at the choices they made.
Has it ever occurred to you that the whole city of Samaria was bewitched by one wizard? Can you imagine a whole city bewitched by one man? As strange as it may sound, it was the reality in Samaria.
“But there was a certain man, called Simon, which beforetime in the same city used sorcery, and bewitched the people of Samaria, giving out that himself was some great one: to whom they all gave heed, from the least to the greatest, saying, This man is the great power of God. And to him they had regard, because that of long time he had bewitched them with sorceries.”
“But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women. Then Simon himself believed also: and when he was baptized, he continued with Philip, and wondered, beholding the miracles and signs which were done.” (Acts 8:9-13 KJV)
I pray that the Lord shall liberate everyone of us from the schemes of witches. You shall not be a victim of witchcraft! Ask God to stretch forth His hand and work miracles and confirm our preaching with signs following. Only the power of the gospel and supernatural manifestations can break the hold of witchcraft over families and cities.
Ask God to keep you from every household wickedness
The Lord says in these last days, a man’s foes shall be they of household. There is more wickedness and betrayal from a man’s own household lately than from any other place.
“We live in a time and era when wickedness emanate from household rather than the streets. And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household.” (Matthew 10:36 KJV)
Pray that God will raise men of valour who can fray every horns of destruction!
“Then lifted I up mine eyes, and saw, and behold four horns. And I said unto the angel that talked with me, What be these? And he answered me, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem. And the LORD shewed me four carpenters.”
“Then said I, What come these to do? And he spake, saying, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, so that no man did lift up his head: but these are come to fray them, to cast out the horns of the Gentiles, which lifted up their horn over the land of Judah to scatter it” (Zechariah 1:18-21 KJV)
There many spiritual horns of destruction that seeks to destroy those who try to rise. Ask God to raise carpenters who shall be empowered to fray horns that rise to scatter men who rise.
Declare with me, “I shall not go down! I will rise and overcome to the end!”
