“And, behold, there came a man of God out of Judah by the word of the Lord unto Beth–el: and Jeroboam stood by the altar to burn incense. (2) And he cried against the altar in the word of the Lord , and said, O altar, altar, thus saith the Lord ; Behold, a child shall be born unto the house of David, Josiah by name; and upon thee shall he offer the priests of the high places that burn incense upon thee, and men’s bones shall be burnt upon thee.
(3) And he gave a sign the same day, saying, This is the sign which the Lord hath spoken; Behold, the altar shall be rent, and the ashes that are upon it shall be poured out. (4) And it came to pass, when king Jeroboam heard the saying of the man of God, which had cried against the altar in Beth–el, that he put forth his hand from the altar, saying, Lay hold on him. And his hand, which he put forth against him, dried up, so that he could not pull it in again to him. (5) The altar also was rent, and the ashes poured out from the altar, according to the sign which the man of God had given by the word of the Lord.” (1 Kings 13:1-5 KJV)
An altar is a place of sacrifice. An altar is a place where people offer sacrifices to a deity. It is usually made of stone and consecrated. It is time to arise and demolish every evil altar in our lives. We cannot leave these evil altars to stand. Why must we demolish every evil altar?
Enchantments
All evil altars or satanic high places where enchantment are made against your destiny must be broken now! In numbers 23, the prophet Balaam requested that Balak build him 7 altars and provide 7 bullocks to be offered as sacrifice upon the altars that he might hear the voice of God and curse Israel. Every evil altar erected that enchantment and divination may be made against you is commanded to break now. In this day, you must demolish every evil altar erected to enchant against your destiny and progress.
Distractions
Any altar set up to distract you from the true worship of the true God must be split and broken by thunder and fire. Sometime altars are set up to distract you from worshiping the only true God in spirit and in truth. I speak as a servant of God that any cult set up to deceive you or the people of God will fail. You will not be deceived. I come by the word of God and speak and cry out against any altar upon which witches and wizards offer sacrifices. Those altars are breaking now in the name of Jesus Christ.
Evil attacks
Finally I speak that any person of authority that tries to attack us because we are demolishing evil altars shall not prosper. May the Lord protect and keep you as you demolish every evil altar. Receive grace and wisdom. May the Lord keep and sustain you. Any altars against your money, marriage and ministry must break now.
You will excel! You will succeed! May God take you far in life in the name of Jesus!
