[John 14:12-15 KJV] “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. If ye love me, keep my commandments.“
Let me announce to you that you are destined for greater works because you are a person of faith. If you have faith, you will do the works. Anyone that believes in the Lord does the works of Christ. Show me your faith, by your works. If you say, you believe, then you must get down to the works and even greater works.
The supreme evidence of faith is in doing greater works. If any man believes Jesus, the works He did shall the man do and greater works than that.
What are the works
- He planned, prayed, and travelled to preach the gospel, cast out devils, and heal the sick
- He called and appointed some people to stay with Him that He might send them to preach and cast out devils too.
These are the works that you must do. We must do these and greater works than these.
Stay blessed
