Acts 26:16-18 KJV — But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee; [17] delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee,
[18] to open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
From the very beginning, God has a plan for your life; they are thoughts of good and not of evil (See Jeremiah 29:11). I don’t know what you may be facing or are at; God has a plan for your life, these are thoughts of good and not of evil. He has plans to bring you to an expected end. You may be struggling with divorce, with addicts, losses, and sickness but God has your back. He has plans to bring you out of every horrible pit and take you to the expected end. Whatever your aspirations are, God is willing and ready to help you get there.
If you want to marry, God is willing and ready to help you; if you want to start a business, God is willing and ready to help you; if you want to find and succeed at a job, God is willing to help you; God is willing and able to help you in everything you want to do.
Let us however talk about God’s plan for your life. This is the road map to finding help in God to fulfill your deepest desires.
God wants you to know Him for yourself.
God wants to reveal Himself to you and He wants you to know Him. Those who do know their God, grow strong and do exploits. The first secret to fulfilling your deepest desire is knowing God until you can make Him known. May God reveal Himself to us through His word, through dreams and visions, through His servants the prophets, and even through nature.
God wants you to find freedom and liberation
God doesn’t want anyone to be a captive or slave to anything. All things are lawful, but all things are not expedient. All things are lawful, but you must not be brought under the power of anything. God wants each of us to find freedom. He wants us to be free from oppression, captivity, addictions, abuse, and even poverty. I pray that God will touch each of us with power, mercy and grace! May you be liberated in Jesus Christ’s name!
God wants you to discover or find purpose
God wants you to live a purpose driven life and be intentional about life. God wants you to be driven by purpose and not lust. Even nature teaches that. In the animal kingdom, only humans abuse things. All animals use things and body parts purposefully.
God wants you to make a difference
It’s ok to be faithful but better to be faithful and fruitful. God wants you to make a difference in your own way; big or little, difference is difference. You have the permission to fail, and the room to succeed.
This is the time and the season to take the challenge and walk in the will of God for you. He created us in His own image and likeness, that we may share in His glory. You can rise again! You can shine again! You can be healed and prosper again! You can be anything you want to be in God!
Stay blessed
Today’s Prayer
- Pray that God will reveal Himself to us individually and corporately. Pray that we may see Him in the burning bush, on the road to Damascus, in visions like Cornelius, and through the testimony of others. Pray!
- Pray that God will liberate us from the shackles that hold us. Pray and break the hold of every addiction in your life. Pray that you will walk in the new dimensions of freedom in the name of Jesus!
- Pray that God will help you find purpose. May you discover a purpose that excites and enables you to function as a child of God. You shall no longer live anyhow. You will function according to purpose!
- Pray that God will anoint and help you to make a difference for others. May you be the difference that heals society, in the name of Jesus!
Stay blessed and shout a big amen!
