If you want a 100% answer to your prayers, then do the se 4 things;
- Have faith in God; Believe before you pray.
- Speak to the situation; Prayer is not always talking to God, there are times when you speak to the situation.
- Expect an answer. The expectation of the righteous shall not be cut off.
- Wait for the manifestation; While you wait, do what waiters do.
Mark 11:20-26 KJV — And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. [21] And Peter calling to remembrance saith unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away. [22] And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
[23] For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. [24] Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
[25] And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. [26] But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.
The number one step to 100% answers to prayer is to believe. You must believe before you pray, and that prayer must be driven by an earnest desire to possess the answers. It is a total waste of time to pray when you don’t believe. Apostle James taught the church that a double minded person is unstable in all his ways. A man that wavers should not expect to receive anything from God. Your faith is the key to unlocking the door to a world of possibilities!
Learn to speak to the situation. Prayer is not always about talking to God; sometimes, you must speak to the situation. Our Lord Jesus Christ taught that if you have faith, you will speak to this mountain. When He encountered the fig tree, He spoke to the fig tree and not to God. It is time to speak to the situation! Say amen to that!
Expect an answer, the Bible declares that the expectation of the righteous shall not be cut off; but we know that none is righteous, except the man declared righteous; that is why when you stand to pray, you need to forgive those who trespass against you. When you forgive, you open the bowels of mercy upon your own life. When you forgive others, God forgives and declares you righteous. Remember that your expectations are as important as your prayer. When you ask in faith and with expectation to receive, you poke God to act. The lame man at the gate called Beautiful, asked Peter and the other apostle for silver or gold, and looked on them to receive something.
Finally, wait for the manifestation of your expectation; but while you wait, do what waiters do, serve. Serve with an infectious gladness and joy. Your great day is coming and your answers are on the way. Keep serving the Lord with gladness!
Stay blessed
