Do you really want to transform your life this 2020? Then there are a few things you need to pay attention to. These are little things that can adversely affect your life.
Where you sit, stand, and walk:
Psalm 1 says “Blessed is the man that does not sit in the seat of the scornful, nor stand in the way of sinners, nor walk in the counsel of the ungodly, but his delight is in the law of the Lord.” This is the secret to fruitfulness. Your corner will determine your output. Who is in your corner, who is your confidante? Who has your ears and mind? Where do you sit, stand, and walk? These determine so much about you. Many of us fail because we sit at the wrong places, stand in the wrong paths, and walk in the wrong counsel. Beware of where you sit, stand and walk.
There is always a problem somewhere if the evil happening around you does not vex your soul. I can’t see how a healthy believer can hang around with wickedness and still feel alright. It takes a lot of conscience to walk as a child of Light
[2 Peter 2:6-8 KJV] “And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly; And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked: (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;)”
Your company:
The second thing you must pay attention to is your company. The Bible tells us not to be deceived, but that evil communication corrupts good manners. It should be clear to you by now that many of us are not doing well as children of God because we keep the wrong company.
[1 Corinthians 15:33 KJV] “Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners”.
What you say:
Many are failing because of their words. We are so loose with our words. We talk anyhow, speak anyhow, and engage in a lot of profanity. Your words matter, hence be careful how you speak. I believe that we should be decent and very circumspect with our words and the things we discuss. The Bible teaches us not to allow any corrupt word to come out of our mouths. I pray that you will pay attention to this.
I pray for a transformation in 2020 and beyond. I pray for great change, in the name of Jesus Christ.
Be blessed, I love you!
