Exhort the church to understand that the world lies in wickedness; but the wicked one cannot touch those who keep themselves (See 1 John 5:19)
- We must keep ourselves from idols
- We must be strong in the Lord and the power of His might
- We must put on the whole armour of God
- We must pray for the spirit of revelation and watch with perseverance (See Ephesians 1:15-18; 2 Corinthians 10:3-8; Ephesians 6:10-18)
- We must use the authority that we have been given; the authority to pray, rebuke and cast out devils, and to tread upon serpents and scorpions (See Luke 10:19)
