2 Corinthians 10:3 KJV — For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
I believe this is one of the most fundamental instructions that the church must uphold. We are to understand that though we live in the world of humans, we cannot wage war as humans do. We must strive to always wage war as spiritual persons. This is because our weapons are not carnal, our weapons don’t operate as carnal weapons do. Our weapons of war are spiritual.
We give the enemy an advantage when we wage war as humans do. We rather become handicapped and the devil gains an advantage over us. It is important to understand that when dealing with anyone, we are dealing with all the spirits, curses, and hexes that follow them. I pray for spiritual understanding for everyone of you that you will rise and fight as spiritual and not as humans.
Let this be a wake up call for each of us to arise and wage war as spiritual men and women. May you escape the traps of waging war as humans do! May you from today engage the weapons of war! May you arise and wage war as spiritual in the name of Jesus Christ!
Today’s Prayer
Let us pray that God will strengthen our weapons of war to mightily destroy the works of darkness! May the schemes of darkness fail in the name of Jesus Christ!
