“And it came to pass, when the priests were come out of the holy place: (for all the priests that were present were sanctified, and did not then wait by course: (12) Also the Levites which were the singers, all of them of Asaph, of Heman, of Jeduthun, with their sons and their brethren, being arrayed in white linen, having cymbals and psalteries and harps, stood at the east end of the altar, and with them an hundred and twenty priests sounding with trumpets:) (13) It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the Lord ; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of musick, and praised the Lord , saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the Lord ; (15) So that the priests could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud: for the glory of the Lord had filled the house of God.” (2 Chronicles 5:11-14 KJV)
One of the most important manifestations we should desire is the manifestation of falling under power.
We desire to both fall under power when the glory is revealed and see others fall under power when you speak; as a result.
Our words can carry so much power until they literally push people over. Just as in John 18:3-6, the words of our Lord Jesus Christ sent the soldiers of the high priest down, your words will release power from today. From today, may your words carry power. May your word reveal that power is resident in you.
I have been conducting revival meetings since 1994 in a few locations. I have seen the Holy Spirit of God fall on the meetings and the people so many times. I have no doubt that being slayed in the spirit or falling under the power is real. I believe it is one of the important experiences that we should desire and hunger for.
People fall under power when the glory falls. The glory falls and even ministers can not stand. As the glory falls; we will not only tremble, shake, sob, and fall under power; we shall also be filled and clothed with glory.
God’s precious children should not be more interested in falling under power than catching what came upon them. I exhort you to from today desire the manifestation of falling under power, but above that catch the glory and be clothed with glory.
May the Lord give us this experience continually. May God manifest Himself daily in our meetings. May today mark the beginning of mighty manifestations in the name of Jesus Christ.
An atmosphere for the manifestations of falling under power to catch the glory is created when we come in:
Hungry to receive from Him:
Our Lord Jesus Christ and the three apostles went unto the mount of transfiguration ready to receive. He was not there to play games; He came to receive.
Sanctified and arrayed to minister unto the Lord:
We should be ready to serve and ready for the holy fire. Be ready and prepared to minister to the Lord. Acts 13:1-5 teaches that as they gathered to minister to the Lord, the Holy Spirit spoke. We must be sanctified and taught and ready to receive. God will not give you what you don’t expect. You must expect it, if you want to receive it.
We must dress appropriately for the presence of God. You must put on readiness to receive. Put on the armour of light. Remove laziness and indifference. Come ready to receive and to be touched. God will visit when we are ready for Him.
To join in the praise, thanksgiving, and singing as one man:
Now we can receive the manifestation of falling under power when we learn to play and sing and lift up praises and thanksgiving as one man making one sound. When the voice of trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music fills the house, His glory will come down in answer. In 2 Chronicles 5:13-14, we understand that as the ministers lifted up singing and praising as one man, the glory came down. When there is division, the glory can not flow.
The praise, the worship, and sound of instruments must go together. It’s therefore pathetic that most people stand aloof and indifferent when corporate prayer and praise is being offered; and they just wait for the time of laying on of hands.
If we really want to see supernatural manifestations in our lives, we should desire to pray without ceasing; join in the singing, and praising, and thanking.
In as much as slaying in the Spirit is important; it’s more important to note that Moses, Elijah, and Jesus did not fall under power, yet they were more powerful and anointed than most of us alive today. Even on the mount of transfiguration; while Peter and John got slayed in the spirit, Our Lord Jesus Christ was standing, yet He was transfigured and not those who fell. I pray that you will spend more time in prayer than just waiting to fall.
I know you will listen, God bless you!
I love you
