[Luke 2:48-52 KJV] “And when they saw him, they were amazed: and his mother said unto him, Son, why hast thou thus dealt with us? behold, thy father and I have sought thee sorrowing. And he said unto them, How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not that I must be about my Father’s business? And they understood not the saying which he spake unto them. And he went down with them, and came to Nazareth, and was subject unto them: but his mother kept all these sayings in her heart. And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man”.
As children of God, we are called to make a global or world wide impact with our lives, callings, and giftings. Our generation must celebrate us. Some of us will become all sorts of proffessionals contributing to the development of humanity and social development. We must spend our time on Earth serving others with our giftings and acquired skills.
I find a very worrying trend today, inasmuch as I believe that one of the signs of adolescence is to become aware of your developing body, this generation puts a lot of emphasis on being beautiful and showing off the beautiful body rather than preparing to serve humanity with our giftings and acquired skills if we have any. Many young adults are spending all their time making sex videos and publishing nude photos rather than preparing for life.
By your twelfth birthday, you should know what business you must be about:
By twelve years, you must know what you must be and start preparing for it. All young adults below 23 years must focus on preparing for the business of their lives. Don’t waste your time on publishing nude photos or finding a boy or girl, spend your time preparing for world wide impact.
Be subject to your parents;
Though they may not understand you. Be subject to them; when you grow you may understand your parents.
Grow in wisdom before you grow taller:
Many young adults focus on body building and plastic surgery and keeping the body in shape, yet they are not building or shaping their brain.
In preparing for global or world wide impact, focus on having favour with God and men:
You will increase in favour with men and with God if you develop interpersonal relationships, spirituality and truthfulness.
Your generation must celebrate you. You must become a shining example to this generation. You will never die a non-entity. You will make it and increase.
