[Isaiah 43:19 KJV] “Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert”.
Many people are stressed and depressed and thinking that their lives have halted. There are many who are giving up hope because life is not going the way they planned it. In fact, there are times when we have to stop looking at things the way we planned it and rather see things how God would have it. Sometimes, we are so tuned to expecting things to turn out according to our planns that we miss out on what God is doing.
The Bible tells us that God is doing a new thing. He is making a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. He is doing the difficult and impossible. He’s alredy at it, He’s doing it even now. He said “I am doing a new thing, shall you not know it?” I want to tell you that God is doing a new thing; just be sensitive to the Holy Spirit and you’ll see it.
God is doing a new thing and it is springing forth. You are about to step into a new season of your life. You are about to experience that new thing. You will not miss these things as you pay attention to the Holy Spirit. This is because eyes have not seen, neither would ears hear what God is doing; but it is revealed to us by His spirit. Your sensitivity to the Spirit is paramount to hearing, knowing, and discerning what He’s doing.
Do not fret nor be dismayed. God is committed to His word. He will not lie nor decieve His own. If God says “I am doing a new thing, then He’s indeed doing a new thing.” Open up to catch glimpses of it. Don’t let the bleakness of the moment deceive you. God is making a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. He will turn your darkness to light, and turn your mourning to dancing; He will perfect that which concerns you, just trust Him.
Be blessed, I love you!
