1 Timothy 6:7-10 KJV — For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. [8] And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
[9] But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. [10] For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
God wants every one of His adult children to enjoy financial sufficiency. God does not want you to always depend on others. He wants you to work and enjoy financial sufficiency.
We have already discussed that there are four financial stages: Dependence, Sufficiency, Sustainability, and Freedom. The will of God for every one of us is to walk into financial sufficiency.
The simple secrets to move into financial sufficiency is to:
- Acquire a marketable, productive, high-earning skill. If you don’t have any skill that is marketable, productive and high earning; then you need one now. It will help you make ends meet.
- Be ready to wake up, pray, and go to work. You must not be slothful, you must be up and doing. You must be awake and active.
- Be diligent at what you do. The thoughts of the diligent tends to plenty; the diligent hand shall bear rule. Being diligent is the key to succeed at what you do.

I am a child of God and His will for me is to walk in financial sufficiency. I will not eat my bread with scarcity nor drink my drink with sorrow. I have all I need for life and I shall not lack.
