Todays message is on how to abound in this perverse, crooked, and wicked world
The first key to abounding in this dark and wicked world is to admit that the world is indeed dark, crooked, and wicked.
When the devil wants to captivate and control a generation, he begins to water down the truth of his active presence in the midst of creation.
A group of charlatans have started attacking the scriptures, and when they succeeded in attacking the scriptures, they have moved on to say there is no evil in the world.
LISTEN TO ME, the Bible says we are called to walk blameless in this perverse and crooked world.
Philippians 2:12-16 KJV — “Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. [13] For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.”
[14] “Do all things without murmurings and disputings: [15] that ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; [16] holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.“
The whole world according to the scriptures lies in wickedness. Listen to me wickedness is real and witchcraft is real, but more real is the power of God!
1 John 5:18-19 KJV — “We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not. [19] And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.“
The Bible teaches us that the existence of evil is a reality that surrounds us. It is a pervasive force that impacts our lives, and we are called to navigate through its presence. The scriptures convey the idea that the world is steeped in wickedness, which emphasizes the importance of seeking protection and empowerment. It is through this understanding that I am urging you to embrace strength and resilience, to enable you to confront and overcome the challenges posed by the inherent presence of evil in the world.
This pervasive presence of evil can manifest in various forms (manipulation, magic, juju, voodoo, witchcraft, deceit)
There is so much evil and wickedness in this world; infact the cause behind many sicknesses, poverty, hardship, failure, shame, and dishonour. This pervasive presence of evil often leads to a sense of despair and hopelessness. It can manifest in various forms, from acts of cruelty and injustice to more subtle forms of manipulation, magic, juju, voodo, witchcraft, and deceit.
The impact of such malevolence extends far and wide, affecting individuals, families, and entire communities. In the face of such challenges, it becomes crucial to seek out sources of strength and resilience, to hold on to hope, and to find ways to counteract the negative influence of wickedness.
The battle against these pervasive evil forces can never be won, except they be subdued first in the Spiritual realm
The bibles teaches that, though we walk in the flesh we do not war after the flesh.
2 Corinthians 10:3 — For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
We are involved a deep spiritual battle, and we require highly spiritual and superior weapons to counter these evils. There is however no cause for alarm because we possess these superior weapons! These weapons are mighty through God and operate with power.
2 Corinthians 10:3-6 — For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
(4) (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
(5) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
(6) And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.
The secret to win is being wise as a serpent, being endued with power, abiding in Christ, and staying separated from this untoward generation
Four things you need if you can win in a perverse, crooked, and wicked world is
- Wisdom
- Power
- Connection and network
- Separation
1 Corinthians 1:24 — But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
Luke 10:1-4 — After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come. [2] Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest. [3] Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves. [4] Carry neither purse, nor scrip, nor shoes: and salute no man by the way.
1 John 5:18-19 — We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not. [19] And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.
Ephesians 3:20 — Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
These are the four key things we need to abound in a perverse and wicked world.
Stay blessed
