Your church will keep growing when you keep adding more than you are losing. People leave every church every day; people left the church in the days of Christ Himself; they may leave your church too. Strive to add more than you loose.
The six simple things that will keep your church growing is to;
- Set winning souls as you primary goal. Your church should focus on soulwinning as the primary goal. Everything else should be secondary.
- Set prayer as your first calling and ministry. The lead pastor must set praying as the first calling of the church. First of all prayer must be made for all men. Without prayer, we would be unable to set the tone and ambience in which souls can be won. You must pray!
- The lead pastor must focus on teaching the truth in love and with power.
- Let the church serve as a canteen for workers rather than a restaurant of fine food
