It is one thing to dream, and another thing to manifest the thoughts. I have met many daydreamers; they are full of ideas, but never manifest any of those ideas. In this message, I want to speak about how to make things happen.
The truth is, life is dynamic and life must be dynamic. If you remain the same for a very long time, you will get discouraged and latent. I pray that Heaven shall release favour upon you to grow and see things happening in your life. May great things happen and may it happen so swiftly.
What are the five keys that make things happen?
Remember, there is nothing great in itself but people make it happen. People make the great things happen. It takes intelligent work to make anything happen. Let us discuss five keys that will make things happen:
- Discover
- Believe
- Pray
- Plan
- Pursue
1. Discover
What you cannot see cannot be created by you. You must see it in your spirit before you can create it. Through desire, a man will separate himself and seek after knowledge. A man or woman who makes things happen spends a lot of time brainstorming and watching. You must spend time studying, reading, meditating, and brainstorming.
2. Believe
You must believe what you see. Many see but do not believe. Faith is a master key to possibilities. All things are possible to him that believes. I pray that you can buy into the possibilities of the things God is showing you. The Ezekiel could only be used after he believed. When God told him to prophesy to the dry bones; he needed to believe that to speak.
3. Pray
Prayer is key. It is, in fact, a master key. It solves many of life’s complex problems. The real benefit of prayer is that it prepares you for what God is planning on doing.
When God called Barnabas and Paul in Acts 13, they were commissioned to go after they had prayed. Remember, our Lord Jesus Christ spent 40 days and nights waiting in the wilderness before he started His ministry. Prayer is the key, prayer is a master key.
4. Plan
Failing to plan is planning to fail. The universe exists because there is an intelligent planner behind the creation. God had a master plan and that is what He implemented.
Everything He created is well thought through. He did not just put anything anywhere. If you want things to happen, plan after prayer.
5. Pursue
There is profit in all labour. A plan is useless unless it is pursued. Your plan must be implemented with wisdom, diligence, and passion.
Conclusion
The church, business, ministry, practice will not grow until you spend precious time to discover new horizons, believe in the possibilities, pray earnestly to create it from the invisible perspective, plan the implementation, and pursue the plan. I believe things will begin to happen when you engage with these truths.
