I want to exhort you on the fact that it is time to take charge! We are the body of Christ on earth. We have been built up into a spiritual house that can withstand the gates of hell. We can stop hell from advancing any further.
[Matthew 16:17-19 KJV] “And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar–jona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.”
The prophet Isaiah told us that hell has enlarged her mouth; hell can only enlarge her mouth when we refuse to stand up as appointed by the Lord. We are the people appointed by heaven to stop the gates of hell from advancing.
This is the time, here is the place, and we are the people. We are the body of Christ, we have the keys of the kingdom and we must use it. Whatever we allow on earth shall be allowed in heaven, and whatever we disallow on earth shall be disallowed in heaven. We have the authority to act and we must act now. We have been mandated and we must arise and fight forward now!
The Bible teaches that we must tread upon serpents and scorpions and over every power of the enemy:
The Bible teaches nothing shall by any means hurt you. This is the time to tread on serpents and scorpions and over every power of the enemy. This is the time. We have the authority to stop the advancement of creeping things. The power is in our mouths; if we speak, heaven will enforce it our words. This is the time, your words carry power, but your choices and actions have greater power. Whatever you detest shall be detested in heaven. This is the time and now is the hour (See Luke 10:17).
This is the time to cast out devils in the name of Jesus Christ:
We pray that the name of Jesus in our mouths shall carry power. I declare that whatever circumstances or situations that hurt or cause pain have devils behind them. Demons are always behind oppression and pain (See Acts 10:38). Today, I decree the release of power through the name of Jesus Christ over devils. Any source of pain in your life is overpowered now! He said, “in my name, you shall cast out devils!” That statement is for today! You have the right and ability to tell devils to leave and they must leave.
The problem with today’s church is that many of are taught to be obedient children of God but not trained to be ferocious soldiers of the cross. The pulpit focuses too much on obeying and yield to the Father but we have not instructed the church on how to defend and enforce the verdict of the cross. Inasmuch as it is important to follow Jesus, it is equally important to enforce the victory of the crossing. In fact, obeying the Father includes subduing the gates of hell. This is the time to arise and punish all forms of disobedience.
This is the time to tame high things, this is the time to despise the glory of the world and to elevate the hope of glory that Christ in Us brings:
This is the time to raise a church that despises the shame of dying at the cross and the glories and rewards of iniquity. My heart breaks when I see how common prostitutes glory in their trade on social media. This is the time for the church to decide that even though we may want a house, we don’t want to get one through prostitution, pushing drugs, gambling or any other dishonest gain. This is the time for the rise of a glorious church that still believes in righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost (2 Corinthians 10:3-4).
This is the time to throw down Jezebel:
We are in the dispensation of Jehu, I see the rise of a new generation of preachers, sanctified and separated who cannot be trapped by the teachings and seduction of Jezebel. I see the rise of the generation of Daniel, who will not defile themselves with the King’s meat and wine. The modern-day church is weak because we are flirting with Jezebel. We have played down on sanctification and holiness. We are trapped by the teaching and seduction of Jezebel. Sex, food, money and fame are so idolised that the men of God are also trapped. But I see the rise of a new breed of men and woman in the pulpits who can say ‘no’.
This is the time to openly reject rebellion, heresy, malice, and hypocrisy:
This is the time to teach the church to take a stand for God. This is the time to say no to deceptions and falsehood. This is the time to stop playing church and start fighting the spiritual war. This is the time and I have no doubt that we shall win. We shall win and never fail. God is here and He is on our side.
This is the time to be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. This is the time to put on the whole armour of God. This is the time to take a stand to withstand. This is the time to resist the devil:
We are more than able and up to the task. We can do it and we will win. God is with us and we shall not fail. This is just the beginning. It is our time to take charge.
This is the time to tell sickness and diseases, poverty and indebtedness to:
This is the time! We must be ruthless about it. We can’t leave things to chance. The devil will destroy many of us if we sit aloof and watch on. We must arise and act. This is the time and God will respond when we speak.
