Salvation is from the Greek word ‘Sozo‘ which means to save, heal, deliver, protect, and redeem. To work out your salvation with fear and trembling is to work at being saved, healed, delivered, and redeemed.
I want to exhort you to have a lifestyle of working hard at ‘Sozo’.
Remember, anything you don’t work at will decay and rot:
You must have a lifestyle of constantly working out your salvation. You cannot be tired of working and preparing for your healing, and redemption, and protection. And you cannot leave it to chance either.
You are responsible for what happens to you:
God has indeed made a provision for us to be saved, but you must personally decide that you want this salvation. You must sign up and key into it.
The salvation which is by faith is on this wise. It is in your mouth, not in the grave nor heaven. You have the power in your mouth to ask God to save, heal, and redeem you.
You cannot be indifferent about your salvation:
God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. You must be diligent if you want to be saved. There are forces in the environment that are trying to stop you from being able to escape the corruption that is in this world. You must work hard and diligently to be saved. You must!
I am not talking about working out for a year or two or even a decade. I am exhorting you to work out as a lifestyle.
Stay blessed!
