[Matthew 21:28-32 KJV] “But what think ye? A certain man had two sons; and he came to the first, and said, Son, go work to day in my vineyard. He answered and said, I will not: but afterward he repented, and went.”
“And he came to the second, and said likewise. And he answered and said, I go, sir: and went not. Whether of them twain did the will of his father? They say unto him, The first.”
“Jesus saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That the publicans and the harlots go into the kingdom of God before you”
“For John came unto you in the way of righteousness, and ye believed him not: but the publicans and the harlots believed him: and ye, when ye had seen it, repented not afterward, that ye might believe him.”
God is calling His sons and daughters in this end times to kingdom business. He is calling every one of us to get involved in His work. God want us to serve and to be about His business.
God has only one business on earth; it is to seek and to save that which is lost. All that we can do about it is to;
- Believe: The work of God is to believe on he that is sent.
- WAR: Wait and Read. He said “wait in Jerusalem until you are endued with power from on high”
- Pray: Prayer is the force that turns the wheels of revival.
- Give: How far your church can go depends also on your budget.
- Go and share your testimony: What has the Lord done for you? Go to your friends and family and share the many wonderful things that the Lord has done for you. Let us step out and share what the Lord has done for us with friends and family.
As you step out this day, remember that in these last days there two groups of people;
- Mockers who walk after their ungodly lust, separate themselves, are sensual, and have not the Spirit.
- But there are also believers who are commanded to build up themselves on their most holy faith, pray in the Holy Ghost, keep themselves in the love of God, and save others. (See Jude 1:17-23)
Most often than not, when we call the church to kingdom business; many of us shirk back, but there are many blessings in doing the Fathers business;
- Protection: those who get involved in the Fathers business are protected by decrees (See Eph6:10-18). In Psalms, he said “Do my prophets no harm”
- Supernatural Supply: Those who work for the Father owns what the Father has. In the story of the Prodigal Son, the father told the older brother that “all I have is yours”. Those who don’t serve eat crumbs ( See Matthew 6:33)
- Honour: when you serve God, you will be honoured. You become the donkey the Father is riding.
May you arise to be about your Father’s business! Let us get going!
