The challenge for many believers is that they are not taught. They lack the keys and secrets for victory and in the supernatural. In this season we must be aggressive to uncover the important mysteries that will launch us into our next level.
“But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness. Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.” (1 Timothy 6:11-12 KJV)
You must desire and pray that God will open your eyes to discern the wonders behind the letters you read in His Word, and to discovers the depths of the anointing that will launch you to the next realm.
Many of us have lived beggarly lives for far too long. The time has come to break the limits and move on to the next level. May the Lord grant that your spiritual eyes will be opened to uncover these deep mysteries. Without a deeper understanding of the Spirit of the letters, you will die in the midst of rivers of wonder.
What does it mean to live as a man of God? It simply means living as a man possessed by God. Living as a man in whom God lives. To live as a man of God means to live far above the standards of natural men.
Indeed, we can understand that there is a difference between men of God and others. You must admit this in your mind and embrace it with all that is within you. From today, you will not live an ordinary life anymore. You will live above the natural standards.
The text said “but thou man of God…” there is a difference between you and the rest. Glory to God. God is good and His mercies endure forever.
How then do you live as a man of God?
Flee these things:
Flee the love of money. Anybody who loves and worships money cannot live as a man of God. “No man can serve two masters.” (Matthew 6:24 KJV) You must flee certain things to be able to live as a man of God.
Follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, and meekness:
You must follow after; you must be led by these things. ‘How do I know where to go?’ We sometimes ask. You are permitted to go anywhere that righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, and meekness leads you to. ‘How do I know who to marry?’ Marry anybody that righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, and meekness will permit you to marry.
Fight the good fight of faith:
The good fight of faith is to fight and pursue and demand in prayer and in attitude, anything which the Word of God reveals belongs to us. The Word says that “none shall be barren,” (Deuteronomy 7:14) Go for it. You cannot be childless. Fight in prayer with the Word in your hands like a sword. If you can see it in the Word, go for it.
You can and must live as a man of God. You will live above limits and will celebrate your victory every day.
