You don’t have to worry and don’t you be afraid! You are always on the mind of God and He has great plans for you. You are engraved in the palm of His hand and He is planning an expected end for you. You will not fail, you will not slip. He has your back; trust Him!
[Jeremiah 29:11 KJV] “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord , thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end”.
I must say that this is the time to rethink the faith and to understand that ultimately, God wants you to live your best life now in peace, righteousness, joy in the Holy Ghost, and transition graciously into eternal glory.
He, Jesus Christ, did not come to just give us eternal life; He also came that we would have and abound with life. Abundant life is His plan; not ours. He wants to give us life. He wants us to abound with life. This is His purpose for us.
As funny as it may sound, I think each of us should aspire to have
- 9 glasses of water a day
- 8 hours of sound sleep daily
- 7 hours of kingdom service weekly
- 6 digit income
- 5 working days a week
- 4 wheeler
- 3 bedroom house
- 2 people to love (God and your neighbour as yourself)
- 1 thing to do (forgetting those things that are behind and pressing on to the things that are before)
- 0 tension
Mind of God
I saw and modified this for those of us who are yet to fully comprehend the will of God for our lives.
When I saw this on social media, I thought it makes it simple to present some benchmarks for everyday living.
In all you do and think, remember you are always on His mind. God has a better plan for you, and He is committed to bringing you to an expected end. I do not doubt that each of us is going to get involved with kingdom service. I believe we can all give just 7 hours a week to kingdom service; note I said service not games.
