Colossians 2:13-15 KJV — And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; [14] blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; [15] and having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
One of the key things working against many people in this life are the handwritings and ordinances that are written against them. Some of these handwritings and ordinances are written through occultic rituals and demonic incantations but others may have been written against them by God. In the days of Darius, a finger wrote on the wall while he defiled the vessels in the temple.
This morning I want to inform you that you don’t have to rail under the burden of handwriting and ordinances; the Bible assures us that when Jesus Christ ascended the cross, he nailed to the cross, handwriting and ordinances that were written against us. The nails in the hands and feet of Jesus Christ are the tokens against the handwritings and ordinances. I exhort you to present the nail as the evidence of liberty from handwriting and ordinances. Nails it to the cross! Show the devil that you are not in bondage to his crutches. The price for your freedom has been paid fully.
Jesus Christ has overcome all principalities and powers for you. He made an open show of them and you can enforce that victory. God will spare you the pain and you will enjoy full liberty. No ordinance that is contrary must continue to work against you. You will triumph and win.
Stay blessed!
