One of the things that can stop you from making maximum impact are curses.
The Bible tells us that when the children of Israel were making their journey and advancing to the promise land, the king of Syria Balak hired a prophet Balaam to curse them. The prophet Balaam set up his altar upon the mountains and offered his sacrifice three times to curse Israel.
Most often than not, while you are busy trying to to succeed in life, the adversary is trying to curse and cast a spell on you. I decree that any spell that has been cast on you shall not stand in the name of Jesus! Every one reading this can not remain under a curse in the name of Jesus! May the Lord redeem and restore you now!
Let us remember however that
A curse is a wish, desire, or prayer intended to cause harm to a person, place or thing.
A curse is a contrary prayer or desire to inflict harm and even death on a person, place or thing.
A curse causeless shall not stand!
“As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, So the curse causeless shall not come.”
(Proverbs 26:2 KJV)
Repent and deal with iniquity; Balaam could not curse Israel because there was no iniquity in her.
“He hath not beheld iniquity in Jacob, Neither hath he seen perverseness in Israel: The LORD his God is with him, And the shout of a king is among them. God brought them out of Egypt; He hath as it were the strength of an unicorn. Surely there is no enchantment against Jacob, Neither is there any divination against Israel: According to this time it shall be said of Jacob and of Israel, What hath God wrought!” (Numbers 23:21-23 KJV)
